Warranty and Return Policy for Clearance Promotional Items as follows:
1. Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
2. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
3. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
4. A replacement will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.
5. Refund request would be accepted ONLY when replacement items are not available.

Notice:
(1) Our delivery charges listed on the website only cover Continental United States and Canada. For other international orders, please follow links below:
(2) If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.
The UPS will charge us US$10.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery and service charges, including that being imposed by the UPS.
Return Delivery Charges
We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from our
customers. However, should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if they want to return the product(s) for any reason. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
Cross Shipment
Cross shipment (exchange shipped prior to return of the original)
must be secured by credit card. Such charge will remain on the
customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise.
A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days
from the day on which we received the returned merchandise.

(7)Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
