Payment
We accept PayPal payment and Credit Card payment systems. We also accept Check and Money Order. Credit terms are not available.
Credit Card payment system supports MasterCard, Visa, Visa Purchasing, Visa Delta.
PayPal payment system supports MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and eCheck.
 Check and Money Order Check or Money Order must be in US$. Canadian Check or Money Order so received will be returned for a new one in US$.
 Notice: We only accept payment through Paypal, Bank Transfer, Check, and Money Order for purchase amounting to USD 400 or more. If the purchase amount exceeds USD1,000, we do not accept payment through PayPal.
Shipping
We ship to US and Canada destinations only. For other international orders, please follow links to UK, Australia, Germany
US orders will be shipped by UPS or by USPS, depending on which service has a shorter delivery time.
Canada orders will be shipped by USPS/Canada Post. You must pay local taxes (PST, GST and HST etc.) when the package is delivered, so please consider this point before you place an order. Delivery to Canada takes around 10-14 business days.
If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
According to related law, we should collect the sales tax on customer with a California shipping address.
The current tax rate is 9.75% for the Alameda county so that we should charge the rate from customer whose shipping address has a state code of "CA".

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

Refund After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and delivery less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Delivery and Service Chargers will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. General return policy It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will do our best to solve your issue. If you return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error). Prior to returning a product, call us or email for a RMA number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see RMA procedures as below. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased. All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect againest damages in freight, if they want to return the product for any reason.
